Pet Policies

We are dog lovers here at deepriver since we have ample grassy area for their enjoyment.  However, we do not allow the following breeds:

• Pit Bulls
• Rottweilers
• Dobermains
• Dalmations
• Chows

Reservation Policies

Reservations require a credit card hold.  We do not charge your card, just verify its authenticity.

Reservation cancellation polcies are as follows:

1. In non-holiday week reservations cancelled up to three days prior to visit will not be charged.
2. In holiday week, reservations must be cancelled one week prior to date of arrival to avoid charging.
3. No-shows, no-calls will be charged for full length of their booked reservation.
4. Reservations cancelled within the non-charging window will be charged for one night.
5. Reservations for two or more sites booked together will be charged at time of reservation and are non-refundable.
